I have had this idea for a long time and I finally got started on it. It's a side scroller action war game called "Frogman". I want it to be simple and appealing to the eye for kids big and small. Designing the lead character isn't easy because it is going to be animated in flash so it has to be simple without it looking boring. Here are two versions of the lead character.
